The dollar fell, markets questioned Opec's decision to increase production and waited, while U.S. and European crude oil futures rebounded strongly.WTI crude settled Wednesday at $68.21 a barrel, up $1.48, or 2.2%, from the previous session, trading between $66.35 and $68.67.Brent crude settled at $77.5 a barrel, up $2.11, or 2.8%, from the previous session, trading between $74.81 and $77.73.SC crude closed up 13.1 yuan, or 2.83 percent, at 476.5 yuan a barrel.
